Rentals:
The monthly prices below are for a minimum lease period of 12 months.
Rentals of less than 12 months are subject to a surcharge.
The rentals include condominium maintenance fees but exclude water, electricity, Internet, cable TV, cleaning and servicing.
The nearest luxury condominium to Walking Street is Hyde Park Residence, where we have several units.
Deposits:
For rentals of at least 6 months, the deposit is two months’ rent.
For rentals of 3 to 5 months, the deposit is one month’s rent.
For rentals of less than 3 months, the deposit is quoted individually.
The deposit is refundable, subject to meeting the lease conditions.
Short-term rentals:
The following properties are available for short-term and long-term rentals.
The minimum period is one month.
Other properties are available on a minimum 6-month lease only.
