Rentals

The rentals given on this website are for a minimum lease period of 6 months.

Rentals of less than 6 months and rentals between 1 October and 31 March are subject to a surcharge.

The rentals include maintenance and cable TV but exclude water, electricity, and ADSL.

Exception: at A. D Condominium and Angket Condominium the ADSL is included.

Extra days are charged pro-rata, so for 2 months and 7 days, we multiply by 2 and 7/30.

All rentals exclude servicing and laundry. 

Deposits

For rentals of at least 6 months, the deposit is two months’ rent.

For rentals of 1 to 5 months, the deposit is one month’s rent.

For daily rentals the deposit is the same as the amount of the rent.

The deposit is refundable, subject to the tenant meeting the lease conditions.

The following properties are available for short-term or long-term rentals.

The minimum period is 2 weeks.

Other properties are available on a minimum 6 month lease only.

 In the event that a condo becomes unavailable we will try to find a similar unit for you. If this is not possible or you do not wish to accept the unit offered, we will return the deposit in full.
