Rentals:
The monthly prices given on this website are for a minimum lease period of 6 months.
Rentals of less than 6 months are subject to a surcharge.
The rentals include maintenance and cable TV but exclude water, electricity, final cleaning and Internet.
Exception: at A. D Condominium, Park Lane and Angket Condominium the Internet is included.
All rentals exclude servicing and laundry.
The nearest luxury condominium to Walking Street is Hyde Park Residence, where we have a number of units.
Deposits:
For rentals of at least 6 months, the deposit is two months’ rent.
For rentals of 1 to 5 months, the deposit is one month’s rent.
For rentals of less than one month, the deposit is the same as the amount of the rent.
The deposit is refundable, subject to the tenant meeting the lease conditions.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

Short-term rentals:
The following properties are available for short-term or long-term rentals.
The minimum period is 2 weeks.
Other properties are available on a minimum 6 month lease only.

If this is not possible, or you do not wish to accept the unit offered, we will return the deposit in full.
