Rentals

Monthly rentals include maintenance but exclude water, electricity, ADSL, and cable TV.

Exception: at A. D Condominium and Angket Condominium the ADSL and cable TV are included.

Extra days are charged pro-rata, so for 2 months and 7 days, we multiply by 2 and 7/30.

Daily rentals include maintenance, ADSL, and cable TV, but exclude water and electricity.

All rentals exclude servicing. 

Rentals of less than 6 months and rentals between 1 October and 31 March are subject to a surcharge.

For rentals of at least 6 months, the deposit is two months’ rent.

For rentals of 1 to 6 months, the deposit is one month’s rent.

For daily rentals the deposit is the same as the amount of the rent.

The deposit is refundable, subject to the tenant meeting the lease conditions.

The following properties are available for short-term or long-term rentals.

The minimum period is 2 weeks.

Other properties are available on a minimum 6 month lease only.
